Cathe Friedrich - All Out Low Impact HIIT AND Dream Body Workout


Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain All Out Low Impact HIIT and Dream Body Workout.

My heart rate monitor registers 926 calories burnt while doing this workout (425 from Xtrain and 501 from Dream Body).

It runs for 104 minutes and my heart rate averages at 134 with a peak at 185.

Equipment needed for this workout is a  set of hand weights, step and gliders (Xtrain) and a set of hand weights and a stability ball is required for Dream Body.
