Cathe Friedrich - To the Max


Today I did Cathe to the Max.

My heart rate monitor registers 556 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 54 minutes and my heart rate averages at 144 with a peak at 181.

Equipment needed for this workout is step, hand weights, resistance loop and gliders.
