Cathe Friedrich - Step Moves & Cathe Friedrich - Circuit Blast


Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Step Moves and Circuit Blast.

My heart rate monitor registers 716 calories burnt while doing this workout (400 from Step Moves and 316 from Circuit Blast).

It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 134 with a peak at 168.

Equipment needed for this workout is a step (Step Moves) and a set of hand weights, step, resistance band, medicine ball and resistance loop is required for Circuit Blast.
