Today I did Cathe Friedrich Xtrain Burn Sets (Chest, Back & Shoulders workout).
My heart rate monitor registers 241 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 100 with a peak at 135.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hands weights, step, resistance band and resistance loop.
