Dream Body - MILF AND Cathe Friedrich - HIIT Pyramid


Today I did Dream Body Cardio Series MILF and Cathe Friedrich's HIIT Pyramid.

My heart rate monitor registers 702 calories burnt while doing this workout (435 from MILF and 267 from HIIT Pyramid).

It runs for 85 minutes and my heart rate averages at 133 with a peak at 178.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and resistance loop and paper plates (MILF) and no equipment is required for HIIT Pyramid.
