Tracey Mallet - The Booty Barre Plus Abs & Arms




 
Today I did Tracey Mallett's The Booty Barre plus Abs & Arms.

My heart rate monitor registers 350 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 80 minutes and my heart rate averages at 101 with a peak at 141.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a chair.
