Today I did Dream Body Cardio Series Intense and Studio Sweat Speed Spin with Rebecca dated 28/03/13.
My heart rate monitor registers 934 calories burnt while doing this workout (560 from Intense and 374 from Studio Sweat).
It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 150 with a peak at 183.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and resistance band, paper plates and playground ball (Intense) and a spin bike is required for Studio Sweat.
