Cathe Friedrich - Interval Max AND Focus T25 - Gamma The Pyramid

 
Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Interval Max and Shaun T's Focus T25 Gamma The Pyramid.

My heart rate monitor registers 735 calories burnt while doing this workout (532 from Interval Max and 203 from Focus T25).

It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 132 with a peak at 174.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights (Focus T25) and a step is required for Interval Max.
