Today I did Dream Body Cardio Series Bikini Bootcamp and Studio Sweat Speed Spin with Brooke dated 19/05/13.
My heart rate monitor registers 906 calories burnt while doing this workout (540 from Bikini Bootcamp and 366 from Studio Sweat).
It runs for 92 minutes and my heart rate averages at 144 with a peak at 185.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and resistance band (Bikini Bootcamp) and a spin bike is required for Studio Sweat.
