Les Mills Grit Cardio, Grit Plyo and Grit Strength

 
Today I did Les Mills Grit Cardio 01, Grit Strength 01 and Grit Plyo 03.

My heart rate monitor registers 968 calories burnt while doing this workout (350 from Grit Plyo and 312 from Grit Cardio and 306 from Grit Strength.

It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 146 with a peak at 186.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, barbell and weights and step.
