Les Mills - Grit Plyo AND Les Mills - Grit Strength AND Focus T25 - Core Speed


Today I did Les Mills Grit Plyo and Grit Strength and Shaun T's Focus T25 Core Speed.

My heart rate monitor registers 1046 calories burnt while doing this workout (355 from Grit Plyo and 348 from Grit Strength and 343 from Core Speed).

It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 159 with a peak at 188.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, barbell and weights and step (Les Mills Grit) and no equipment is required for Core Speed.
