Bob Harper - Total Body Transformation
Today I did Bob Harper's Total Body Transformation.
My heart rate monitor registers 354 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 60 minutes and my heart rate averages at 135 with a peak at 179.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
