Jillian Michaels - 6 Week Six Pack (13/12/12)







This is my 2nd workout today which is Jillian Michaels 6 Week Six Pack.

There is 2 workouts on this DVD.  You are meant to do the Workout 1 for three weeks then do the Workout 2 which is more intense for 3 weeks.  However I just went straight to the 2nd workout.  They both run for about 30 minutes.

My heart rate monitor registers 246 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 32 minutes and my heart rate averages at 150 with a peak at 184.

Equipment needed for this workout is one hand weight.
