Exhale Core Fusion - Body Sculpt (05/12/12)


Today I did Exhale Core Fusion Body Sculpt.

My heart rate monitor registers 103 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 54 minutes and my heart rate averages at 96 with a peak at 137.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a chair.
