The Firm - Ignite Calorie Burn (09/12/12)


Today I did The Firm Ignite Calorie Burn.
 
There are two 20 minute workouts on this DVD, I combine them both for 40 minutes of exercise.

My heart rate monitor registers 342 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 40 minutes and my heart rate averages at 156 with a peak at 180.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
