Cathe Friedrich - 4 Day Split - Bootcamp


Today I did Cathe Friedrich 4 Day Split Bootcamp.

My heart rate monitor registers 399 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 62 minutes and my heart rate averages at 134 with a peak at 182.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hands weights, step, barbell and resistance band.
