Cathe Friedrich - Xtrain Burn Sets


Today I did Cathe Friedrich Xtrain Burn Sets (both workouts)
My heart rate monitor registers 268 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 88 minutes and my heart rate averages at 108 with a peak at 153.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hands weights, step, resistance band and resistance loop.
