Cathe Friedrich - Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders AND Michelle Bridges - Project Extreme


Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders and Michelle Bridges' Project Extreme.

My heart rate monitor registers 531 calories burnt while doing this workout (165 from Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders and 366 from Project Extreme).

It runs for 103 minutes and my heart rate averages at 128 with a peak at 178.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, stability ball and resistance band (Xtrain) and no equipment is required for Project Extreme.
