Dream Body - Barre AND Cathe Friedrich - Xtrain All Out Low Impact HIIT


Today I did Barre from the Dream Body Workout Series and Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain All Out Low Impact HIIT.

My heart rate monitor registers 619 calories burnt while doing this workout (294 from Barre and 325 from Xtrain All Out Low Impact HIIT).

It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 141 with a peak at 180.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, chair and a playground ball (Barre) and a set of hand weights, step and paper plates are required for All Out Low Impact HIIT.
