Cathe Friedrich - Step Blast AND Cathe Friedrich - Cycle Max


Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Step Blast and Cycle Max.

My heart rate monitor registers 945 calories burnt while doing this workout (420 from Step Blast and 525 Cycle Max).

It runs for 110 minutes and my heart rate averages at 154 with a peak at 190.

Equipment needed for this workout is a step (Step Blast) and a spin bike for Cycle Max.
