Today I did Dream Body's Tabata & Toning and Cathe Friedrich's Cross Fire.
My heart rate monitor registers 726 calories burnt while doing this workout (450 from Cross Fire and 276 from Tabata & Toning).
It runs for 100 minutes and my heart rate averages at 146 with a peak at 183.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, resistance band and paper plates (Tabata & Toning) and a set of hand weights and a resistance loop is required for Cross Fire.
