Xtend Barre - Lean & Chiseled AND Cathe Friedrich - Xtrain Hard Strikes



Today I did Xtend Barre Lean & Chiseled and Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain Hard Strikes.

My heart rate monitor registers 549 calories burnt while doing this workout (265 from Lean & Chiseled and 284 from Xtrain Hard Strikes).

It runs for 100 minutes and my heart rate averages at 126 with a peak at 175.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights (Xtrain Hard Strikes) and a set of hand weights and a chair is required for Lean & Chiseled.
