Today I did Tabata & Toning from the Dream Body Workout Series and Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain Tabatacise.
My heart rate monitor registers 711 calories burnt while doing this workout (280 from Tabata & Toning and 431 from Xtrain Tabatacise).
It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 149 with a peak at 188.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, paper plates and a resistance band (Tabata & Toning) and a step is required for Xtrain Tabatacise.
