Today I did Mindy Mylrea's Super Cycle and Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain Bi's and Tri's.
My heart rate monitor registers 701 calories burnt while doing this workout (501 from Super Cycle and 200 from Xtrain Bi's & Tri's).
It runs for 110 minutes and my heart rate averages at 138 with a peak at 184.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, stability ball and a resistance band (Bi's & Tri's) and a spin bike is required for Super Cycle.
