PeakFit - Anywhere, Anytime, No Excuse Workout AND Les Mills Combat - Ultimate Warrior's Workout


Today I did Peakfit Anytime, Anywhere, No Excuse Workout and Les Mills Combat Ultimate Warrior's Workout.

My heart rate monitor registers 575 calories burnt while doing this workout (285 from Peakfit and 290 Combat).

It runs for 92 minutes and my heart rate averages at 136 with a peak at 174.

No equipment is required for these workouts.
