Today I did Bikini Bootcamp from the Dream Body Workout Series and Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain Super Cuts.
My heart rate monitor registers 723 calories burnt while doing this workout (450 from Bikini Bootcamp and 273 from Xtrain Super Cuts).
It runs for 150 minutes and my heart rate averages at 141 with a peak at 184.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, paper plates, resistance loop and resistance band (Xtrain Super Cuts) and no equipment is required for Bikini Bootcamp.
