Today I did 2 out of the 3 workouts on Mindy Mylrea's TriCycle (Heavy Duty Hill Climbs & Intense Intervals).
My heart rate monitor registers 607 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 70 minutes and my heart rate averages at 156 with a peak at 185.
Equipment needed for this workout is a spin bike.
