Cathe Friedrich - High Step Challenge AND Focus T25 - Beta Speed 2.0


Today I did Cathe Friedrich's High Step Challenge and Shaun T's Focus T25 Beta Speed 2.0

My heart rate monitor registers 893 calories burnt while doing this workout (545 from High Step Challenge and 348 from Speed 2.0).

It runs for 96 minutes and my heart rate averages at 141 with a peak at 184.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, barbell and weights, high step and resistance band (High Step Challenge) and no equipment is required for Speed 2.0.
