My heart rate monitor registers 1054 calories burnt while doing this workout (730 from Bikini Bootcamp and 324 from Rip't Circuit).
It runs for 92 minutes and my heart rate averages at 151 with a peak at 192.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights (Beta Rip't Circuit) and no equipment is required for Bikini Bootcamp.
