Mindy Mylrea - Tabata Trek (cycle only) AND Cathe Friedrich - Drill Max


Today I did Mindy Mylrea's Tabata Trek (on the bike only segment) and Cathe Friedrich's Drill Max.

My heart rate monitor registers 1101 calories burnt while doing this workout (237 from Tabata Trek and 864 from Drill Max).

It runs for 95 minutes and my heart rate averages at 153 with a peak at 185.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, step, resistance band and stability ball (Drill Max) and a spin bike is required for Tabata Trek.
