Cathe Friedrich - Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders AND Xtrain Legs


Today I did Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain Chest, Back & Shoulders and Xtrain Legs.

My heart rate monitor registers 792 calories burnt while doing this workout (389 from Chest, Back & Shoulders and 403 from Legs).

It runs for  103 minutes and my heart rate averages at 127 with a peak at 174.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, stability ball and resistance band (Chest, Back & Shoulders) and a set of hand weights, stability ball, paper plates, resistance loop and chair (Xtrain Legs).
