Today I did Dream Body Tabata & Toning and Cathe Friedrich's Cardio Core Circuit.
My heart rate monitor registers 950 calories burnt while doing this workout (425 from Tabata & Toning and 525 from Cardio Core Circuit).
It runs for 96 minutes and my heart rate averages at 148 with a peak at 183.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, resistance band and paper plates (Tabata & Toning) and no equipment is required for Cardio Core Circuit.
