Today I did Dream Body Barre and Kelly Coffey-Meyer's LIFT (workout 2).
My heart rate monitor registers 619 calories burnt while doing this workout (343 from Barre and 276 from LIFT).
It runs for 80 minutes and my heart rate averages at 127 with a peak at 162.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, chair and playground ball (Barre) and hand weights are required for LIFT.
