Dream Body - M.I.L.F AND Focus T25 - Gamma Speed 3.0


Today I did Dream Body Cardio Series M.I.L.F and Shaun T's Focus T25 Gamma Speed 3.0.

My heart rate monitor registers 844 calories burnt while doing this workout (525 from MILF and 319 from Speed 3.0).

It runs for 89 minutes and my heart rate averages at 146 with a peak at 182.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, paper plates and resistance loop (MILF) and no equipment is required for Speed 3.0.
