Today I did Dream Body Cardio Series Bata Barre and Cathe Friedrich's Xtrain Tabatacise.
My heart rate monitor registers 1040 calories burnt while doing this workout (525 from Bata Barre and 515 from Tabatacise).
It runs for 100 minutes and my heart rate averages at 149 with a peak at 181.
Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, paper plates, resistance loop and playground ball (Bata Barre) and a step is required for Xtrain Tabatacise.
