Amy Bento - Cardio Pump Hi/Lo AND TurboFire HIIT 20
Today I did Amy Bento's Cardio Pump Hi/Lo followed by TurboFire's HIIT 20.
My heart rate monitor registers 425 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 70 minutes and my heart rate averages at 135 with a peak at 183.
Equipment for Cardio Pump Hi/Lo is a step, hand weights, resistance band and stability ball. No equipment is needed for TurboFire.
