Amy Bento - A-Team Boot Camp AND Hip Hop Abs - Ab Sculpt 1


Today I did Amy Bento's A-Team Boot Camp and Ab Sculpt from Hip Hop Abs.

My heart rate monitor registers 490 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 85 minutes and my heart rate averages at 131 with a peak at 183.

Equipment required is a set of hand weights, stability ball, barbell and weights, resistance tube and a step (Boot Camp), no equipment is required for Hip Hop Abs.
