Dream Body Workout Series - Barre


Today I did Barre from the Dream Body Workout Series.

My heart rate monitor registers 259 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 128 with a peak at 172.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, a chair, a playground ball and a mat.
