Today I did PeakFit Anywhere, Anytime, No Excuse Workout and Tabata & Toning from the Dream Body Series.
My heart rate monitor registers 710 calories burnt while doing this workout (362 from Peakfit and 348 from Tabata & Toning).
It runs for 85 minutes and my heart rate averages at 155 with a peak at 181.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights, resistance band and paper plates (Tabata & Toning) and no equipment is required for Peakfit.
