Leah Sarago - Ballet Body Core AND Crunch - Fat Blaster The Next Step



Today I did Leah Sarago's Ballet Body Core and Crunch Fat Blaster the Next Step.

My heart rate monitor registers 346 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 75 minutes and my heart rate averages at 123 with a peak at 174.

Equipment needed for this workout is a step (Fat Blaster) and no equipment is required Ballet Body.
