Today I did Les Mills Pump Extreme and Combat 30 Kick Start.
My heart rate monitor registers 525 calories burnt while doing this workout (260 from Pump Extreme and 265 from Combat Kick Start).
It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 130 with a peak at 146.
