Today I did PopPhysique's Hardcore and Cathe Friedrich's HIIT 30/30.
My heart rate monitor registers 525 calories burnt while doing this workout (245 from Hardcore and 280 from HIIT 30/30).
It runs for 92 minutes and my heart rate averages at 127 with a peak at 194.
