Billy Blanks - TaeBo Extreme AND Les Mill Combat - Lower Body Lean Out




Today I did Billy Blanks' Taebo Extreme and Les Mills Combat Lower Body Lean Out.

My heart rate monitor registers 524 calories burnt while doing this workout (320 from Taebo Extreme and 204 from Combat).

It runs for 85 minutes and my heart rate averages at 136 with a peak at 173.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step (Taebo) and no equipment is required for Combat.
