Today I did Pure Barre and Michelle Bridges' Seek & Destroy Cardio Kicker.
My heart rate monitor registers 420 calories burnt while doing this workout (125 from Pure Barre and 295 from Seek & Destroy).
It runs for 90 minutes and my heart rate averages at 119 with a peak at 171.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a chair (Pure Barre) and no equipment is required for Seek & Destroy.
