Dream Body Workout AND RevAbs - Full Throttle Intervals


Today I did Dream Body Workout and RevAbs Full Throttle Intervals.

My heart rate monitor registers 699 calories burnt while doing this workout (400 from Dream Body and 299 from Full Throttle Intervals).

It runs for 110 minutes and my heart rate averages at 140 with a peak at 186.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights.
