Cathe Friedrich - Total Body Tri Sets


 
Today I did Cathe's Total Body Tri Sets (Both Upper and Lower Body Workouts).

My heart rate monitor registers 315 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 96 minutes and my heart rate averages at 110 with a peak at 169.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a step.
