Dream Body - Bikini Boot Camp AND Jillian Michaels Body Revolution - Workout 1 for Phase 1


Today I did Bikini Boot Camp from the Dream Body Workout Series and Workout 1 for Phase 1 from Jillian Michaels' Body Revolution.

My heart rate monitor registers 650 calories burnt while doing this workout (465 from Bikini Boot Camp and 185 from Body Revolution).

It runs for 95 minutes and my heart rate averages at 139 with a peak at 188.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights (Body Revolution) and no equipment is required for Bikini Boot Camp.
