Cathe Friedrich - Cardio Super Sets AND Les Mills Combat - Kick Start


Today I did Cathe's Cardio Super Sets and Les Mills Combat Kick Start.

My heart rate monitor registers 657 calories burnt while doing this workout (360 from Cardio Super Sets and 297 from Kick Start).

It runs for 73 minutes and my heart rate averages at 157 with a peak at 185.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and paper plates (Cardio Super Sets) and no equipment is required for Combat.
