The Bar Method - Accelerated Workout



Today I did The Bar Method's Accelerated Workout.

My heart rate monitor registers 115 calories burnt while doing this workout.

It runs for 50 minutes and my heart rate averages at 90 with a peak at 125.

Equipment needed for this workout is a set of hand weights and a chair.
