PeakFit - Pure Cardio
Today I did Michelle Dozois Peakfit Challenge Pure Cardio.
My heart rate monitor registers 603 calories burnt while doing this workout.
It runs for 52 minutes and my heart rate averages at 175 with a peak at 194.
No equipment is needed for this workout.
